Cancellation Policy

When you can — and cannot — cancel an order.

Before dispatch

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp or call with your order ID. The paid amount is refunded to your original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) within 5–7 business days.

After dispatch

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, so please contact us quickly if you need to cancel.

Self Pickup orders

For Self Pickup orders, the ₹99 advance is adjusted in your bill when you collect the product.
